Paulina Metz

Paulina Marie Metz is a marketing graduate from the University of Arizona with a diverse background in talent acquisition and sales management. Recently, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Century Group, where she led a team focused on recruiting, training, and onboarding new talent across multiple offices. Her role involved collaborating with executive leadership to create effective recruiting strategies, with a goal of generating at least six new hires per month.
