Bethany Delahunt

Bethany Delahunt is a seasoned recruiter, program, and project manager with over 15 years of experience leading socially inclusive talent recruitment and managing high-volume onboarding processes. With a strong track record in expanding teams and orchestrating large-scale programs, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, performance improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. At Integrated Refugee & Immigrant Services, Bethany oversaw programs that served thousands, significantly expanded housing and donations services, and scaled a food distribution program by over 500%. She also played a key role in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and led full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and training.

In addition to her work in the nonprofit sector, Bethany has a background in freelance project management and arts education. As the proprietor of Building Being LLC, she designed and managed custom art and construction projects, and as a project manager at Westmount Group and Tiles De Santa Fe, she successfully oversaw large-scale building and restoration projects. She has also served as a community recruiter and instructor, developing curriculum and leading public art collaborations. Bethany holds an MFA from the University of New Mexico, where she also taught contemporary art practices and managed equipment for the Land Arts of the American West program.
