Eric Love

Eric A. Love is a seasoned recruiting specialist with over 20 years of experience spanning agency, corporate, RPO, and consulting environments. He has a strong focus on pre/post-IPO recruiting, with extensive knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and cultural matching. His expertise includes working with a wide range of applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, WorkDay, SAP’s SuccessFactors, and more. Eric has also demonstrated a solid understanding of current OFCCP, EEO, and HIPAA standards, making him well-versed in compliance and best practices in talent acquisition.

Most recently, Eric served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Agora Labs Inc., where he played a pivotal role in growing the company from 16 employees to over 1,200 globally, and contributed to taking the company public in 2020. He managed a global team of recruiters across the U.S., UK, India, and China, while developing recruitment policies and setting up DE&I frameworks. In previous roles, he has supported high-profile companies like Avnet and Apollo Education Group, focusing on IT and technical hires, tracking recruitment metrics, and collaborating with C-level clients
